SPS-01 FAQs
Setup & App Connection
If you change your WiFi network, Wifi network name, WiFi network password, or your router, you must fully reconnect your SPS-01 to your Tuya App. This can be done by following the initial set-up instructions in our instruction manual.
To fully reset your SPS-01, hold the "Reset & On/Off" button for 3+ seconds, or until the green light begins to flash. The "Reset & On/Off" button is located to the left of the first outlet.
Amazon Alexa & Google Assistant
You can control the outlet groups, and the entire Power Strip, with voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
Follow the instructions in the SPS-01 manual to link your device to Alexa and/or Google Assistant through Tuya.

(If you have renamed SPS-01 or the outlet groups in your Tuya, Alexa, or Google Home Apps then you will say the names you chose instead)
If using Alexa try saying “Alexa, turn off SPS-01”.
If using Google Assistant, tap the microphone and try saying “Turn off SPS-01”.
If using a Google Home device, try saying “OK Google, turn on SPS-01”
You can also control outlet groups such as “Smart” and “Smart & Power Saving”.
Try Saying “Alexa, turn on TV” (If your outlet group is named “TV").
